Because the content is easy to copy, we cannot offer refunds on purchased CD's.

All CDs are checked individually (on a PC) before shipping, but faulty CD's will happily be replaced after they have been returned and re-checked.
Return postage (at standard rate) will be refunded if (on return) the CD is found to be faulty.

WINDOWS USERS
1, insert CD
2, No auto run? Use Windows Explorer to open CD drive.
3, Click on 'index' page to open it in your default browser.
4, We suggest all users copy the contents of the CD to their hard drive, where the pages will load and work much faster.

MACBOOK USERS
The files are pretty straightforward HTML and (although created on a Windows PC) they work very well in your Apple Safari browser.
1, load the CD
2, after some seconds CD shortcut appears on screen
3, click-open CD, and open 'index' file... and you're away.
Alternatively, you can use finder to open contents of the CD.
We suggest all users copy contents to a new folder their hard drive, from where files and pages will work much faster.
